- Flour & Grain Milling: High-speed Swiss Buhler pneumatic roller mills producing premium Atta, Maida, and Suji for commercial bakeries and millions of households.
- Captive River Fleet: A private fleet of over 100 shallow-draft river barges and ocean-going bulk carriers delivering grain directly from deep-sea mother vessels at Chittagong and Mongla to riverfront factory silos.
